Cancellation, Shipping, Returns, and Replacement Policy

Cancellation Policy

Customers have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they are immediately processed for production. To cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, customers must contact our customer support team with their order details. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Printerverse aims to provide efficient and timely shipping for all orders. Once an order is placed and confirmed, the production process begins immediately. Shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and the customer's location. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery of products. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been dispatched. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. Printerverse is not responsible for any delays beyond our control but will make every effort to communicate any delays to our customers promptly.

Returns Policy

Printerverse offers a 7-day return policy. If customers are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team to request a return authorization and instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement Policy

Printerverse offers a 30-day replacement policy for defective or damaged items. If customers receive a defective or damaged product, they may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact our customer support team with their order details and a description of the issue. We will arrange for the replacement of the item(s) at no additional cost to the customer. Replacement items will be shipped out promptly, and customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the replacement has been dispatched.

 

Please note that certain customised or personalised items may not be eligible for returns or replacements unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, Printerverse reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not meet the above criteria or are outside the specified return or replacement windows.
